Microwave Cooking



Microwave cooking is a faster way of cooking anything, anytime, where nutrients are preserved and the actual taste of the food is retained to a higher degree....


Microwaves are short length, high frequency, electromagnetic waves similar to TV / radio waves. In a microwave oven, a vacuum tube (Magnetron) generates these microwaves, which directly penetrate the food and agitate the mositure particles inside the food.

The agitaion of water molecules releases heat which spreads to the entire food, cooking it evenly within 1/3 of cooking time taken by conventional cooking systems resulting in healthy and oil-free food.
